• Phone number (optional — for SMS alerts)
• ZIP code (for weather forecasts)
• Your dog's name (optional — for personalization)

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used only to send you pavement safety alerts. We never share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your email and phone number are used exclusively for alert delivery.

Data Storage

Your information is stored securely in Supabase (managed PostgreSQL). Weather data is fetched from public APIs (Open-Meteo, NWS) and cached temporarily. No payment or sensitive financial data is collected.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Unsubscribe — Click the link in any email or reply STOP to SMS
• Delete your data — Email us at roryrosenberg@gmail.com with your email or phone
• Export your data — Same email, we'll send you everything we have

Consent

By signing up, you consent to receiving email (and optionally SMS) alerts. Consent is recorded with a timestamp. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.
